All pitches are available on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability.

Stand must be non-political.

Charities can have stands free of charge. For all other organisations, costs start at £50.

HYTHE VENETIAN FETE SOCIETY LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY APPLICATION.

  • Type of Pitch
    So that similar types of stalls are not grouped together, please state the purpose for which the pitch will be used e.g.: raffle, tombola, sale of articles (define) etc.

  • Restrictions
    The following items may not be sold as they are subject to separate franchise agreement: Alcoholic Drinks, Ice Cream, Helium-filled foil character balloons, glow in the dark novelties

  • Food / Catering Pitches
    Food pitches of any type are subject to separate agreement and scale of charges.  We will contact you upon receipt of your application

  • Frontage of Pitch Required
    The length of the pitch frontage will be a minimum of 3m and a maximum of 6m depending upon location. Extended frontages maybe available, on request, subject to availability and subject to an additional pro-rata pitch fee

  • Pitch Charges
    We will confirm the pitch rate to you upon receipt of your enquiry,

  • Parking
    On site parking adjacent to pitches is restricted.  We cannot guarantee a space.  Parking is subject to additional charges.

  • Do you offer electric hookup?
    Not generally, a service may be available on request and subject to additional charge.

  • What other stalls are not permissible?
    Our event is non political and so political parties and groups campaigning for local issues such as planning & development matters may not take a stall.  We also ask you not to campaign within the event.
