Main Event Sponsorship – £10,000

Your business and your generosity are playing a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of Hythe Venetian Fete. You will be recognised as a whole event sponsor. Your contribution will mean that the Fete is able to take place in the future as well as this year. It will truly demonstrate how much you value the local community.

• Your company will be referenced in ALL promotional materials, eg, 'Hythe Venetian Fete, supported by … '
• Our communications officer will write a special feature on your business and why you support the Fete. This will be posted on our website and you can use it for your own purposes too. It will also be featured within the printed programme.
• You will receive a full-page advertisement in the Fete programme.
• You will get a special mention at all the fringe events, as well as during The Grand Parade.

This package is not limited to one sponsor.

Seating Block Sponsorship – £1,000

The seating blocks at Hythe Venetian Fete take considerable effort and cost to build. They are crucial part of making the Fete accessible to all with dedicated areas for people with disabilities.

• A specific block will be named after your company.
• Your company will be named as a sponsor on our ticketing site.
• You will get a special mention at all the live music events as well as The Grand Parade.
• We'll include a half-page advert in the event programme.

Live Music Sponsorship – £500

Sponsoring one of our live music acts enables this tradition to continue during the weekend before the grand parade whilst also contributing to the costs of the Fete itself.

Costs for hosting live music on the canal bank escalate each year. It isn't just the cost of the acts themselves, but the peripheral costs such as the stage build, PA systems and lighting, which are also used during The Grand Parade.

• Your company banner can be displayed on the stage
• A special mention by the act that you are supporting
• A mention on the live acts page of the Fete website
• A quarter page advert in the Fete programme

Float Sponsorship – £250

Up to 28 floats parade along Royal Military Canal and this is a unique way of supporting a much-loved local event as well as promoting your business and its fondness for our community.  By donating £250 you will have a board on one of our floats.

• Your name will be featured on one of the floats parading along the canal
• You will get a special mention during The Grand Parade
• We'll include an eighth-page advert in the event programme.
• Special mention on website and social media if the float is a winner or runner up

If you are a local business wishing to enter a float you will be asked to pay £250 (this does not include community businesses such as hospitality, sports clubs and social clubs.
